With a focus on collaboration, transparency, and exceptional customer service, we strive to exceed our clients' expectations, delivering projects on time! We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Real Estate Photographer and/or Videographer to join our team.
This role requires expertise in real estate photography and videography, including interior and exterior photography, video production, and drone operation with a Part 107 license.
The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating visually stunning content.
This is a 1099 contracting position with flexible hours, however, we are most interested in working with individuals who are would like to work 20-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during 9-5 business hours, as this is when our clients need work completed.
Please note that some weekend and evening work will also be available, in addition to these standard operating hours.
Job Duties Provide multiple imaging techniques including, but not limited to Fusion (HDR) Photography, Aerial Photography, and 4k Video Training is available for videography Shoot anywhere from 1 to 6 properties per day.
Deliver consistently excellent imagery Upload images to Dropbox servers by 8pm per day _________________________________________________________ Requirements Part 107 drone license for commercial drone operation Excellent photography skills and applied photographic knowledge.
Professional experience providing photography to customers.
Professional equipment:
DSLR, wide angle lens (minimum 16mm or equivalent) and tripod Computer capable of image organization and upload High-speed Internet connection - with an emphasis on upload speeds.
Dependable vehicle to drive from property to property.
Professional appearance, demeanor, and excellent customer service skills.
Self-starter with personal reliability and motivation to work independently.
