In this role, you will prepare and process Medicaid applications while monitoring, reviewing, and updating case files closely until benefits are approved.
This position will work on a hybrid schedule including meeting with clients while in the office.
Responsibilities The Medicaid Specialist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Communicates with clients to gather necessary documentation to support application for benefits Conduct meetings with clients to review application forms, explain application process, and explain documentation needed during the application process Obtaining client signatures, as needed, during application process Processing documentation Answering questions by email or phone concerning the application process Working with our Medicaid Analysts in reviewing client's financial records for potential asset transfers, gifts, undisclosed assets, or similar and reconciling transfers of funds between accounts Education and

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
