Position Overview:
Primary responsibility is plan and coordinate strategic outreach and marketing efforts to achieve agreed to goals and objectives, including client retention and acquisition campaigns as well as event planning and communication.
Track initiative metrics and report on outcomes.
Accountable for directing both social media and online campaign design style and presentation.
Work closely with outside service providers.
This role requires experience with event planning activities and general administrative accountability.
Responsibility and Tasks:
Proficient in providing complete support in the daily business operations relative to managing phone calls, calendar appointments, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements and the like.
Adept in preparing and potentially presenting presentations and documents.
Skilled in planning and coordinating successful events including venue selection, negotiation, and budget management.
Organize, implement, manage, and report on the company's marketing campaigns and systems so they produce the expected results.
Improve upon the effect of every campaign, constantly seeking ways to increase the performance of each activity and investment and communicate the results to co-workers.
Dependably maintain and build the company's database (list) and CRM systems with error-free accuracy.
Pro-actively communicate and effectively lead the business outcomes and next steps to the company's team members.
Reliably assess, communicate, and provide solutions to marketing, systems, and operational challenges.
Effectively work with and guide vendors and clients to ensure every aspect of any project, meeting or event is coordinated and executed, flawlessly.
Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite:
Word - typing and editing letters Excel - organizing and tracking activities PowerPoint - both creation and modification of materials Video Conferencing - establish and communicate meetings, etc.
Email - Use of email, calendar functions CRM/Marketing Workflow:
Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), Salesforce, HubSpot and the like Travel Requirements:
Domestic travel in support of various presentations and trade shows; Approximately 4-6 times, annually.
Special Considerations:
Access to private transportation Occasional evening and weekend work The role is hybrid position; 40 hours a week Position is classified as exempt employee
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or work experience equivalent).
Prior leadership role experienced a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing, high energy, with strong customer service orientation Robust written and verbal communication skills Self-directed problem-solver and multi-tasker Salary Range:
$50,000-$60,000
