Summary:
New Style Brander is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.
You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

Responsibilities:
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or relevant qualification.
Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
Super written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
