The Junior Communication Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our communication strategies and ensuring effective internal and external communication.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Assist in creating engaging written and visual content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and internal communications.
Collaborate with team members to develop content that aligns with the organization's messaging and brand guidelines.
Social Media Management:
Monitor and manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and response to inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends and propose creative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
Event Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person, by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and providing on-site support.
Help maintain a calendar of events and deadlines to ensure timely preparation and participation.
Media Monitoring:
Monitor media coverage and compile reports on industry news, competitor activities, and relevant trends.
Keep track of media mentions and assist in preparing responses as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
