Responsibilities:
1Designing, developing, and implementing control systems to optimize manufacturing processes and increase productivity.2Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve control systems issues.3Programming and integrating PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for automated equipment.4Managing the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of electrical controls and custom equipment.5Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.6Conducting system diagnostics and making necessary modifications to ensure optimal performance.7Working with various communication protocols such as Ethernet and Profibus.
Qualifications:
1Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field.2A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.3Proficient in PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, and electrical controls.4Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, PowerFlex VFD's, Ethernet, and Profibus.5) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Interested in hearing more?
