Summary - Vaco Manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to handle daily accounting functions and support the AP team

Duties -
- Full Cycle Accounts Payable functions
- Vendor master set up
- Weekly AP payments, vendor inquiries, and processing invoices through ERP system
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
- Compile and update information for Sales & Use tax filings and
- Update Fixed Assets Records monthly
- Assist in Month end closing process
- Assist in Quarterly Audits including supporting outside auditor requests
- Assist in Year End functions
- Prepare 1099's
- Backs up Accounts Receivable when needed
Experience:
- 2
years of accounts payable experience - Experience with MS Excel
- Manufacturing accounting experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
