Responsibilities Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetingsPrepare and edit documents, correspondence, and reportsMaintain and organize physical and digital filesAnswer and screen phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries in a professional mannerCoordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff membersAssist with the preparation and coordination of team events and special projectsHandle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Requirements High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plusExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive informationAbout the Company:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
