Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and attendee arrangements.
Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects.
Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives, such as grocery shopping, scheduling appointments, etc.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, faxing, and photocopying.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
