Description:
The Regional Coordinator will oversee the management and operations of the Jersey City, Newark, and Plainfield Wellness Centers.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of Wellness Centers including training, fiscal management, policies, leadership training, data collection and monitoring, technical assistance, community relations and other related activities.
Full-time 40 hours p/w Benefit Eligible including 6 weeks PTO & 11 HolidaysAnnual Salary:
$55,000.

Bachelor's degree in a mental health related discipline ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent with 2
years of work experience in mental health field.

years of supervisory experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office products.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises.
Exceptional writing and assessment skills.
Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to promote teamwork.
Willingness to disclose current or prior use of mental health and/or addiction services and speak openly on aspects of their individual recovery.
