Job Description: Licensed Therapist/Counselor
A leading Substance Abuse and Mental Health organization is looking to add a Mental Health Therapist or Counselor to their dynamic NJ team that is rapidly growing. You will help provide patients with the treatment they need while still maintaining their daily lives during their recovery. You will utilize your knowledge and experience to determine the right combination of therapies for each patient.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide evidence-based, substance use recovery treatment to help patients in their journey to a brighter future.

Responsibilities:
Complete intakes and orientation
Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and help develop treatment plans
Conduct individual patient sessions
Facilitate group sessions with patients
Address concerns and provide case management
Guide prospective patients and their families as requested
Complete documentation for each patient's record

Qualifications:
Must have one of the following: LAC, LPC, LSW or LCSW
Must have experience with assessments and individual counseling
Experience with conducting group sessions

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
