Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Part time Adminstrative Assistant position for friendly, established real estate firm on Main St in Freehold, NJ, This opening is 16 hours per week-more hours may be added- the individual must have had admin experience in a real estate office. Requirements: experience navigating through MLS systems, inputting listings. Must also be familiar with Garden State and Trends and Processing of contracts. Working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Publisher. Must have the ability to multi-task and have strong, mature work ethics. Additional soft skills required are excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
