Seeking individual with strong background in compliance and regulatory adherence able to join an insurance carrier specializing in Accident & Health and Life and Health products.
Shall ensure compliance for all major departments within the organization, develop and implement regulatory adherence policies and perform analysis of current regulatory compliance factors.
Respond to, and resolve complaints from customers and external parties regarding issues with compliance, filings, or other problems.
Requires a strong background in compliance and knowledge of A&H products as well as experience in a statutory or regulatory environment for the insurance industry.
Bachelors degree or equivalent with 3
years relevant experience.
Starting base salary up to $95,000 with end of year bonus, full personal and family medical, dental and vision benefits as well as quality of life perks including generous paid time off for personal or sick days, vacations and holidays. Company provides paid training and tuition reimbursement.
